* A living room, TV, internet, Netflix
* A fully equipped kitchen
* A bedroom with a 160\u00d7200 bed and 2 large wardrobes
* A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet
* A balcony
The flat has a private parking space in a secure car park adjoining the building (included in your booking). Maximum height: 2 metres.
The accommodation can accommodate up to two people, plus one child under the age of 10.
It is fully furnished and equipped with crockery and household appliances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Towels and bed linen are provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


RULES AND REGULATIONS<\/em><\/strong>
We are delighted to welcome you and will be on hand to ensure you have a wonderful stay. We are happy to look after you, whilst respecting one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. 1. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and 1 child under the age of 10 (we do not have an extra bed). The accommodation is not suitable for young children; there are no socket covers, no rounded corners on the tables, and no safety guards on the windows or elsewhere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. 2. Pets are not allowed, however small they may be.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. 3. Please do not smoke inside the premises. This applies to both the flat and the communal areas. You may smoke on the balcony. The use of candles is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. 4. We live in a community. Respect for others and for the neighbourhood is essential throughout your stay and is compulsory in France between 10 pm and 8 am. You will be the first to benefit from the peace and quiet. Consequently, parties are not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. 5. Our prior written consent must be obtained before bringing in any guests other than those specified in the booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. 6. Check-in is from 5 pm. Check-in is self-service, using a smart lock, so you can easily gain access to the flat. We will welcome you in person if you are not comfortable with self-service check-in (e.g. elderly guests) and if our schedule allows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. 7. If the flat is ready before 5 pm, we\u2019ll be happy to let you know if you\u2019d like us to.
    However, this depends on the cleaning team, the organisation of which is beyond our control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. 8. On the day of departure, the premises must be vacated by 12 noon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. 9. All travellers undertake to use the internet for lawful purposes, in accordance with French law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. 10. Prostitution and escort services are strictly prohibited within the block of flats. Filming, video shoots and photo shoots are also prohibited. Any commercial activity, whether lawful or unlawful, is prohibited; the flat is for private use only and is accessible only to the people named in the booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. 11. The use of shisha, nitrogen and any kind of narcotic substance is strictly prohibited within the block of flats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. 12. The loss of keys or the garage remote control will be charged at their replacement value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. 13. Should the garage key fob be forgotten and this result in the cancellation of one or more forthcoming stays (or a claim for compensation) due to the garage being unavailable, the total financial loss will be charged to the guest responsible. Unfortunately, the property management company does not allow us to purchase a second key fob for immediate replacement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. 14. Any subscription to pay-TV channels, pay-per-view films, pay-per-play games, VOD, Netflix or any other paid service on the flat\u2019s set-top box will be charged to the guest at the full rate invoiced by the service provider, including the contract term. (If the contract term is one year, the guest will be charged for one year.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. 15. In the event of any damage to the flat during your stay, you will be required to make a claim with your insurance company. We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance before your stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. 16. Unfortunately, in light of the rise in minor acts of incivility and a lack of discipline, we regret to inform you that we will now be charging for this service (in the hope that we will not have to do so, for everyone\u2019s sake\u2026):
    Late check-out (after 12 noon) causing disruption to the cleaning arrangements: \u20ac30
    Noise disturbing neighbours: \u20ac150
    Jeopardising the security of the property (apartment front door left unlocked, windows left open, etc.): \u20ac150.
    In the event of theft or damage, you will be held liable.
    Smoking in the flat: \u20ac100, to cover the cost of cleaning the curtains and soft furnishings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. 17. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. 18. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. I\u2019ll be happy to answer them and help you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  19. 19. Any booking request implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Should any breach of these terms and conditions be observed during the stay, the contract may be terminated at any time on the grounds of non-compliance with its terms, with no refund available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  20. 20. However, on the basis of mutual respect, we will be delighted to do everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful stay.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    CAUTION<\/em><\/strong>
    When you finalise your booking, a card pre-authorisation will automatically be taken for the security deposit of \u20ac300. No charge will be made unless damage is found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    CANCELLATION POLICY<\/em><\/strong>
    * You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 11 days before your arrival.
    *If you cancel between 10 and 5 days before your arrival date, you will be refunded 50 %
    of the cost of your stay.
    * If the cancellation is made between 4 days and the date of arrival, the full cost of the stay will be payable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
